Management Mastery Workshop for Contractors

Where Intensity Becomes Consistency and Profits Stop Leaking

📍 Dallas, TX
📅 May 4–6, 2026 (Welcome Dinner on May 3rd)
⏳ 3 Full Days Focused on Management, Systems, and Accountability

🚀 Ready to stop carrying the business on your back and start running it with control and confidence?

Does This Sound Like You?

✅ You bring energy and vision, but things fall apart without your constant involvement
✅ You hire good people, but follow-through, consistency, and accountability are missing
✅ You feel like you’re the only one who truly owns the outcome
✅ You’re stuck in the weeds, managing chaos instead of managing a business
✅ You know leadership matters, but execution is where everything breaks down

Here’s the truth:

If your business only works when you’re pushing it, you don’t have a management system, you have a stress machine.

👉 Most owners live with this for years, hoping people will “step up.”

🔥 Management doesn’t fix itself. Consistency doesn’t magically appear.
It has to be built.

What You’ll Learn

Most contractors think they have a people problem.
The real issue is weak management systems and inconsistent follow-through.

At the Management Mastery Workshop, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Hire people who fit your culture and can be managed effectively
✅ Set clear expectations so ownership replaces excuses
✅ Address performance issues, drama, and toxic attitudes without emotion or delay
✅ Install simple management rhythms that keep people and work on track
✅ Build systems that allow the business to perform without constant oversight

🎯 These are the same management principles and systems used to scale Phillips Home Improvements into an 8-figure, award-winning company.

It took decades to learn the hard way.
You’ll learn it in three focused days.

This is not theory or motivation. You’ll leave with tools, structure, and a management playbook you can immediately put to work.

The Framework You’ll Learn

You’ll build your management foundation using the proven Contractor Freedom S.O.S. Framework:

S – SELF
Develop the discipline, clarity, and consistency required to manage effectively.

O – OTHERS
Create accountability and ownership so your team stays on track without micromanagement.

S – SYSTEMS
Install repeatable management systems that bring control, predictability, and freedom.

You won’t just leave inspired.
You’ll leave organized, aligned, and in control.

“I Don’t Have Time for This”

If you don’t have time to fix your business, that’s exactly why you need this workshop.

This isn’t time away from the business.
It’s the work that makes everything else easier.

✅ Better management creates better results
✅ Better systems create more freedom
✅ Better consistency stops profit leaks

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Contractor Freedom for?

This event is specifically for the contractor (the "Chuck in a Truck") who is tired of being the bottleneck in their own business. If you're stuck in "Contractor Prison"—doing all the sales, production, and management yourself—this is your Training Camp to master sales. You'll leave with the Playbook and the game plan you need to break past the $1M barrier, build a self-managing sales team, and hit your 2026 goals and beyond. This is also for your sales team from the sales managers to the boots on the ground knocking on doors. You do not want to miss this and many of our coaching clients attend all 3 Sales Bootcamps each year to level up.

Is there a special hotel block for attendees?

Yes, we have a limited Team Room Block available. Book now to secure your spot and get the best rate while they last. The direct link will be sent by email.

NOTE: The Boot Camp is "STAY TO PLAY". It is a requirement that all attendees book the hotel through the room block link or you will be charged extra for the event. This is to encourage camaraderie and make group travel easier.

What is the suggested "Game Day" attire?

We will send out an optional dress code a few weeks before each event. Each event will be a little different. The convention center can run a bit cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket to stay focused.

What do I need to bring to get into the event?

Please bring yourself ready to up-level your sales game. And bring your sales team!

All meals and transportation (once they arrive to the hotel) are included! Once you get to the hotel - we have the rest covered!

Can I bring a guest with me?

Absolutely, but every attendee must have their own valid ticket to gain access to the Sales Boot Camp events and content.

Will I be allowed to record the event?

We want you 100% focused on absorbing the material and building community. Recording or live streaming is strictly prohibited. However, if you are one of our coaching clients in The Locker Room at The Coaches Corner level or above, you will also have access to the Recordings.

Will we be able to meet the speakers?

Yes, this is designed to be an accessible event where you can connect with your peers and the coaching staff.

Are children allowed to attend this event?

The Contractor Freedom Sales Boot Camp is a focused, three-day event dedicated to adult professional growth and sales strategy. We recommend that all attendees be 18 or older to ensure a focused learning environment for everyone.

Does Contractor Freedom provide ADA accommodations?

Yes, we are committed to providing a welcoming experience for all attendees. If you require ADA accommodations during the event, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the ticket refund policy?

All sales are final—just like a major play, you're committed once you're on the field. Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. If you can't attend, notify us at least 15 days prior to the event by calling Samantha Crews at 214-597-5246 to discuss any options.
